Doesn’t it seem like everyone happens to be on some kind of diet? In the last twenty years people now believe thin is beautiful. Because no one wants to be ugly, everyone also wants to be thin.

In the United States, the popularity of the diet has become a joke. Promises to lose the fat, get thinner, take off and keep off the pounds, have made their way into almost everyone’s vocabulary. Various special diet meals promise results.
All diets do not work! Unless you exercise some self control. The math is very simple. The calories that you are taking in must be less than the number of calories being burned.

That if you lose more calories than you take in, then the weight will come off. That is just a fact.

This is the exact key to tons of success. You are given a helping hand by diets by creating foods that limit the amount of calories your system is taking in. They achieve this by suggesting low caloric foods smaller portion sizes, or by recommending a combination of both. the harsh reality is that unless you review you diet plan closely, you have a significant chance of failing at it. Either you cannot limit yourself to portions, or you cannot do enough exercise to burn the calories you have consumed. This is not to say that you are lazy or anything it does say that foods we consume is larger than our capability to exercise the calories away.

1930 calories equals 6 hours of difficult exercise on a tread mill.

Does anyone have this kind of discipline?

Some may have the energy what about the time?

So we are then presented with either having a hungry sensation because we limit our food intake or exercise ourselves to the point of exhaustion. Each of these options are not very comfortable, which is inevitably why most diets fail. Other diets may compromise your health. When it is all said and done, and you finally achieve the weight you wanted, there is a good chance that you will discontinue the diet. The constant on and off cycle of weight loss and weight gain has the potential to wreak havoc on your system. At some point, we have to search inside our souls and ask, How worth it is it to be thin?
